Every house also has a flowery garden and a parking lot while a swimming pool may be optionally built on the compound.
Nonetheless, each house type has its distinct traits that you may like to consider as reviewed on each type.
The tailor-made house
Despite the master plan that lays the location for each type of houses, what actually presented on it simply are initial conceptions that the architect team finds conducive to the parceled areas.
In other words, “First come, first served” is how it works. For example, if you are interested in an area reserved for a Tulip/A-Type house but you find the Carnation/C-type structure more suitable for your needs, you may request to buy a house in such manner.
Likewise, the total cost of your property is adjustable as well as the size of your garden. Those are based on your house type of choice and the area it is built on.
